Preparing for Superferry
On August 23, 2007, the State Supreme Court unanimously ruled that the Superferry must complete an environmental review of their operations in Hawai`i. While many are looking forward to the Superferry service, most appreciate the need for it to be done in a pono manner. Given Hawaii's fragile island environments and deep community values, compliance with our environmental laws is in everyone's best interest.
