Kaua'i Group Current Issues

The Charter Amendment is one of the main issues the Sierra Club Kaua'i group is currently working on:

Resort Development Charter Amendment
By complying with the Kaua'i General Plan section limiting new tourist development to no greater than 125 new tourist units a year, we have an opportunity to preserve our remaining undeveloped coastlines and beaches. Please help put this important Charter Amendment on the ballot this November.
